Transfer of Credit Policy
Policy Statement
At Optimal Life HQ, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and consistency of our accredited coach education programs. To ensure that every student receives a cohesive and high-quality learning experience aligned with our curriculum and teaching philosophy, we do not currently accept partial credit or transfer of training hours from other organizations or programs.
Rationale
Our programs are built around an integrated framework that combines:
• ICF Core Competencies
• Positive Psychology
• Transactional Analysis
• Trauma-Informed Coaching principles
Because each provider structures and delivers these topics differently, transferring partial credit could result in variations in student learning outcomes. To maintain the highest educational standards and ICF compliance, students are required to complete the entire program at Optimal Life HQ to receive certification.
Future Considerations
As our accreditation framework expands, we may consider offering 'top-up' pathways in the future for students who have completed an ICF Level 1 program elsewhere and wish to pursue a Level 2 credential through Optimal Life HQ. Any updates to this policy will be published on our website and included in our student handbook.
