Who is the Journal Club for?

This journal club is designed for coaches who want to stay on the cutting edge of their profession. It’s ideal for those who are passionate about integrating the latest research in coaching, positive psychology, and related fields to enhance their practice and stand out as experts.

Do I need prior experience in reading academic research?

No experience is necessary. The club provides a supportive environment for all levels, helping you learn how to read, interpret, and apply research in practical ways.

How does a typical meeting work?

Each month, one or two members volunteer to present recent research studies, followed by a group discussion. These discussions are interactive, with a focus on how the research can be applied in real coaching scenarios.

Do I have to present a study if I join?

While presenting is optional, it's highly encouraged! Presenting gives you the chance to deepen your expertise and share valuable insights with the group. If you'd prefer to participate in discussions without presenting, that’s perfectly fine too.

How much does it cost to join?

The ournal Club operates on a monthly subscription model. You’ll find detailed pricing at the top of our journal club page. Your subscription grants you access to all monthly sessions, recordings, and materials.

Can I use the research we discuss in my coaching practice?

Yes! Each session is designed to highlight the practical applications of the research, allowing you to integrate new insights into your coaching approach, workshops, or content strategies.

Are meetings recorded?

Yes, all presentations and discussions are recorded. If you miss a session, you’ll have access to the recording. Plus, if you’re a presenter, you’re welcome to use the recordings for your own marketing materials or content creation.

How often does the group meet?

We meet once a month to review the latest research and collaborate. It’s an ongoing opportunity to continuously develop your coaching skills and knowledge.

What if I can’t attend a meeting?

No problem! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings and any presentation materials, so you can catch up at your convenience.
