Payment, Fees, Refund, and Registration Policy

Payment / Fees Policy
All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration in any course or program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit card
• Debit card

All payments are processed securely and denominated in U.S. dollars, or as displayed at the time of registration.

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@optimallifehq.com. To receive a full refund, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 business days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations made less than 14 business days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receipt of the written cancellation. All refunds are subject to the timelines above; no administrative or processing fees will be deducted.

Registration Modifications and Transfers
Students may request to transfer their registration to another course or cohort rather than cancel. Requests must be received in writing at least 7 business days prior to the course start date. Transfers are subject to availability. No transfer fees apply.
All modification requests should be sent to hello@optimallifehq.com. Course changes will be accommodated where space permits.

General Terms
Optimal Life HQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.

Force Majeure
Optimal Life HQ is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, technical disruptions, or government restrictions. In such cases, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the United Kingdom, without prejudice to consumer rights in the student’s country of residence.
