Business Entity and Scope
Optimal Life HQ operates internationally as a professional coach education provider. The organization is incorporated in the United States and maintains administrative operations based in London, United Kingdom. Our programs are designed and delivered in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards to provide high-quality, ethical, and inclusive coach education.

Director of Education
The Director of Education provides academic leadership and oversight for all Optimal Life HQ programs. This role ensures that curriculum design, instructional delivery, and performance evaluation meet the standards established by the ICF.

Administrative Oversight
The Director of Education (PCC credentialed) is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of all educational programs. This includes oversight of curriculum development, faculty training, mentor coaching processes, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with ICF accreditation requirements.
Faculty and Staff Structure
All faculty members, mentors, and assessors hold active ICF credentials at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level. Faculty receive ongoing professional development in adult learning principles, diversity and inclusion practices, and trauma-informed education. Regular feedback and evaluations are conducted to maintain instructional excellence and support student success.
Public Access to Policies and Transparency
Optimal Life HQ is committed to full transparency in its operations and decision-making. All institutional policies—including Refund, Grievance, DEIJ, Disability & Accessibility, and Ethical Marketing—are publicly available on the Optimal Life HQ website. Policies are reviewed annually to ensure continued alignment with ICF standards and evolving educational best practices.
Complaint and Feedback Handling
Student and faculty complaints are handled according to the published Grievance Policy. Feedback is actively encouraged and reviewed by the administrative team to support continuous improvement in all aspects of program delivery and student experience.
