Commitment to Ethical Representation
At Optimal Life HQ, we believe that ethical marketing begins with honesty, inclusivity, and respect for every member of our community. As an ICF-accredited coaching education provider, we are committed to communicating with integrity, accuracy, and transparency in all our marketing and public representations.
This Ethical Marketing Agreement applies to all marketing activities conducted by Optimal Life HQ, including but not limited to website content, email communication, social media, printed materials, promotional events, and partnerships.
Transparency and Accuracy
We pledge to represent all of our programs and services truthfully and clearly. This includes:
  • Accurately describing our ICF accreditation status and the credentials our programs prepare students for.
  • Clearly outlining course structures, learning outcomes, tuition fees, refund policies, and any associated requirements.
  • Avoiding exaggerated claims or promises of guaranteed results from coaching or coach training.

We aim to empower students and prospective coaches to make informed decisions based on accurate and complete information.

Testimonials and Endorsements
Optimal Life HQ uses testimonials and success stories only when they are authentic, verifiable, and shared with the explicit consent of the individuals involved. Testimonials will never be altered in a way that misrepresents the individual’s experience. We are committed to ensuring that all promotional content reflects genuine student experiences and aligns with our mission and values.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Marketing
Our marketing and communications reflect our core belief that coaching is a profession that should be accessible and welcoming to all. We consciously avoid language or imagery that may be exclusionary, discriminatory, or insensitive, and we seek to represent diversity in all its forms—across culture, ability, age, gender identity, and lived experience.

Fair Pricing and Accessibility
Optimal Life HQ maintains fair and transparent pricing practices. All tuition fees, scholarships, and refund policies are clearly stated, and no hidden charges are applied. We strive to balance accessibility with program sustainability, ensuring that our pricing supports both quality education and equitable access.

We engage in partnerships and collaborations that align with our values of integrity, professionalism, and respect. Any external organizations or individuals representing Optimal Life HQ are expected to adhere to the same ethical standards in communication and marketing.
