Alumni Auditing Policy
Purpose
At Optimal Life HQ, we value lifelong learning and the continued development of our graduates. This Alumni Auditing Policy provides an opportunity for certified graduates to revisit live classes as part of their ongoing professional growth and to refresh their knowledge of the coaching competencies, models, and frameworks introduced during their original training.Auditing live classes is optional and designed for review purposes only. Auditing does not result in new academic credits, ICF training hours, or additional certification.
Eligibility
This policy applies exclusively to graduates who have successfully completed an Optimal Life HQ program. Graduates retain lifetime access to the course materials, recordings, and resources that were available to them during their original enrollment. Live class auditing offers the additional option of attending instructor-led sessions in real time, subject to availability.
Access and Scheduling
Audit spaces are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to active students currently enrolled in the cohort. Auditing opportunities are dependent on cohort scheduling and instructor approval; therefore, Optimal Life HQ cannot guarantee when or if a specific session will become available.
Requests to audit should be made at least two weeks prior to the desired session start date to allow adequate time for scheduling and confirmation.
Fee Structure
A reduced administrative fee applies for live class auditing to cover instructor time, platform access, and administrative support.
Fees are scaled according to course length and credit hours, as outlined below. Contact hours refer to the total accredited course hours, including both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning components.
These amounts are provided as a guideline. Actual fees may vary depending on the most recent program pricing. Graduates are encouraged to contact hello@optimallifehq.com for current rates and payment arrangements.
Terms and Conditions
• Audit participation is for educational review purposes only.
• No new certificates, credentials, or ICF training hours are awarded.
• Auditors must adhere to the Code of Conduct and maintain professional standards during all sessions.
• Recording, sharing, or reproducing course materials beyond the graduate’s original access rights is strictly prohibited.
• Refunds for auditing fees are not available once access has been granted.
