Learner Responsibilities

Includes educational support, pastoral and emotional support, technical assistance, and signposting to appropriate resources.

Ethical Boundaries & Scope of Support
We do not provide crisis intervention or clinical diagnosis. Our role is to offer trauma-aware education, coaching-aligned support, and appropriate signposting.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Students are encouraged to submit feedback at any time. All feedback is reviewed and incorporated into programme development where appropriate.

Data Protection & Confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and relevant UK/EU data-protection legislation.
