From the first week through to your first coaching client, this program provides comprehensive support. Graduates earn a certification that sets them on the path to ICF ACC credential alongside access to peer coaching, our Journal Club, and ongoing professional development opportunities such as webinars and workshops.

Flexible, Interactive, and Practical Learning
Our 20-week program is designed to give you maximum flexibility and practical experience. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in live virtual classes and self-paced learning, with weekly peer coaching practice, group mentoring, and access to our Journal Club. This hands-on, supportive approach ensures you’re prepared to work with clients confidently, starting from your very first week.

Learning Experience:
  • 100% virtual learning with live weekly sessions and flexible self-paced modules
  • 20 live classes (2 hours each) of which 7 hours count towards your 10-hour Mentorcoaching requirement for ICF ACC and 3x one-on-one mentorcoaching (fulfilling your ICF ACC mentorcoaching requirement)
  • Weekly peer coaching assignments to build your skills
  • Opportunity to connect with peers by joining our monthly Journal Club and/or our Peer Coaching Circle at a reduced price
